A reminder that there will be no classes on Monday, October 12 for Thanksgiving. On Tuesday, October 13 at 1:30 p.m., our Grade 4 students will lead our Thanksgiving Celebration. All families are warmly invited to join us as we gather in faith and gratitude to give thanks for the many blessings in our lives and throughout our school community.
University of Alberta Dentistry Program
The Mike Petryk School of Dentistry, in collaboration with the AHS Community Oral Health Program, is proud to offer the School Visit Program. Parents/legal guardians who are not able to have their child see a dentist regularly, may want to consider having their child participate in the School Visit Program. Dental treatment will be provided at our Oral Health Clinic by dentistry, dental hygiene and dental assisting students, who are supervised by licensed dentists, dental hygienists and dental assistants. There will be no extra cost billed to the parent/legal guardian.
